Late Policy

Cancellation policy
We do our best not to cancel or reschedule your appointments and to run on time. We appreciate you doing the same.

With a limited amount of space, running on time and avoiding cancellations helps us to run smoothly and give you the best experience possible! We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so please read our guide to cancelling below. 

Please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling any later means you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your service or treatment.

If you fail to turn up for your appointment, or cancel or reschedule less than 2 hours before, you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the value of your service or treatment. 

Any fees for a ‘pay what you can service’ will be calculated at the full cost of the service which is £49.

It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, however, if we do, we will not charge you a cancellation or no show fee. 

If you need to cancel please do call or use our online booking system. Please do not text, email or put a message on social media as it is not certain we will see it.

Late Policy
If you are late for your appointment we will do everything we can to accommodate you, though after 15 minutes we can not guarantee your service and you may be liable for the no show fee.

Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged if you:

  • are booking a colour service
  • missed your last appointment with us

This deposit will be deducted from your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you give us less than 24 hours’ notice but we are able to fill the appointment, we will credit the deposit to your account. The deposit will be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason.

In addition all bookings made via our online booking system are subject to a £1.50 non refundable deposit. 

Any fees incurred will be charged to the card you used when booking a service. If we do not have your card details the fee will be added to your account, which must be settled on your next visit. 

Appointment reminder communications
You can expect the following communication from us regarding your appointment:

  • confirmation email close to the time of booking
  • reminder email 3 days before your appointment
  • reminder sms 3 days before your appointment (from which you can confirm the appointment)
  • reminder call 2 days before your appointment, if appointment is not confirmed via sms

How the fees are calculated?
The cancellation fee is to cover business costs in providing this appointment. The no show fee covers the loss incurred by a missed appointment. These fees may be waived at our discretion.

How we charge your fee
Via card if you booked online, or applied to your account to be settled at a future visit. Any fees will be charged by the end of the day of the missed or cancelled appointment.
